Who we are
Adaptive Teams is run by Premier Media Ventures LLC, Austin, Texas, USA (“Adaptive Teams”, “we”, “us”). This policy covers adaptiveteams.co, our job openings and how we handle personal data when you contact us or work with us. Questions and requests: admin@adaptiveteams.co.
What we collect
- What you send us: name, email, phone number, company and anything else you enter in a form or an email.
- Calls and meetings: bookings and call notes.
- Website use: pages visited, device and browser, approximate location and how you found us, through the tools listed below.
- Job applications: see “If you apply for a job” below.
Why we use it
- To answer you and prepare a proposal you asked for (steps you asked us to take before a contract).
- To deliver the services our clients buy from us (our contract).
- To follow up on sales conversations and keep business records. This is our legitimate interest in running the business, and you can object at any time.
- To measure the website and our ads. Visitors in the EU, EEA, UK and Switzerland are asked for consent first; they can say no.
- To meet legal, tax and accounting duties (legal obligation).
We do not sell your personal data. You do not have to give us personal data, but without your contact details we cannot answer you.
If you apply for a job
- What we keep: your name and contact details, CV, your answers to the application questions (such as country and salary expectations), any video introduction you record, and our notes from interviews and assessments.
- Where: in Teamtailor, our recruiting system, on its EU servers.
- Who sees it: our recruiting team. When a role fits, we share your profile with the client who is hiring, sometimes without your name and contact details. If you are hired, Deel, our employer-of-record partner, receives what it needs for your contract and pay.
- Why: to consider you for the role you applied for (steps you asked us to take before a contract) and, afterwards, for other roles (our legitimate interest; you can object at any time).
- How long: we keep your application so we can consider you for other roles. Ask us at any time and we delete it.
- GoHighLevel (LeadConnector): our CRM for forms, bookings and email.
- Teamtailor: job applications.
- Deel: contracts and pay for the people we hire.
- Google Workspace: email and documents.
- Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager: website statistics.
- Google Ads: ad measurement.
- Senja: shows client testimonials on our pages.
- YouTube: plays the videos on our pages. Until you accept cookies, videos load in YouTube’s privacy-enhanced mode.
- Google Fonts: delivers the fonts on some pages and receives your IP address to do so.
- WPX: website hosting.
Most of these providers are based in the United States. For people in the EU, EEA, UK and Switzerland we rely on the provider’s certification under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework or on the standard contractual clauses in its terms.
Cookies
If you are in the EU, EEA, UK or Switzerland, Google Analytics and Google Ads only load after you click Accept in the cookie banner. Everywhere else they load when you visit. Anyone can change their choice at any time through the “Cookie settings” link in the footer.
- at_consent: remembers your cookie choice. 12 months.
- _ga, _ga_*: Google Analytics. Up to 400 days.
- _gcl_au: Google Ads. 90 days.
How long we keep it
- Google Analytics keeps event data for 2 months and user data for 14 months.
- Leads and contacts stay in our CRM while we are in contact with you, and until you ask us to delete them.
- Job applications: until you ask us to delete them.
- Client records and invoices are kept as long as tax and accounting law requires.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete your data, to get a copy, to limit how we use it, or object to it. You can withdraw consent at any time. Email admin@adaptiveteams.co and we will answer within 30 days. If you are in the EU, EEA, UK or Switzerland, you can also complain to your local data protection authority.

Our site links to other websites. This policy does not cover them.
Changes
We may update this policy. The date at the top shows the latest version.
